How long have you been working with WB? 
I have been employed with WB since 2001.

How would you describe your role with WB?
The most dynamic, interesting and fun dream job! I am responsible for Showcase as a Retail Operations Manager – but I also look after the buying for many of our snowboard products that we sell.

What is your big hairy audacious goal?
Well, I can’t say the number as we are a publically traded company…but I have a huge lofty goal for the Revenue target that I would love to see Showcase achieve in my career here. I will leave you hanging with the number – but it’s really big! I am super proud of our snowboard business.

What is one skill that you feel like you have developed over your career?
Developing a strong leadership team at Showcase.

What work-related accomplishment are you most proud of?
Receiving the Retail Rental Manager of the Year award in 2018.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?  
A teacher.

What is the one thing that you always keep with you?
Papaw Ointment – for those Australians that read this you will appreciate this (I am not Australian, but I am obsessed with this stuff!)

What do you eat for breakfast?
My version of the yummiest Avo Toast – D Style!

What was your first job?
Cleaning houses for my Mom’s Cleaning Company.

How do you like to spend your free time? 
Snowboarding, traveling to far destinations, road trips, golfing, camping, rock shows, and gardening.

What’s your favourite restaurant in Whistler?

What is something that you should throw away, but can’t?
My first Burton Goretex AK pullover Jacket – it still works….doesn’t really fit anymore, but I love it and can’t part with it.

If you could pick up a skill in an instant, what would it be? 
Coffee Barista – I want to learn the pretty designs in the Latte’s!
