What is Direct Connect?

Direct Connect is our new HR online portal that will enable you to Learn More, Get Help or Take Action at any time and place that is convenient for you. You can access Direct Connect by logging in to my.VailResorts.com, selecting if you want to Get Help or Take Action and then entering your employee ID and password. You will continue to view self-service items (things like your paycheck and benefits enrollment) in the Take Action portion of Direct Connect.

 

What is People Connect?

People Connect is our dedicated and knowledgeable HR team connecting with you when it matters most. The best way to reach the People Connect team is to ask a question in Direct Connect, which will open a case for you where you can track updates and closure. If your question requires immediate contact with the People Connect team, you can search 'Help' in Direct Connect to find the direct line to a People Connect team member. The People Connect team will respond to questions seven days a week, with phone support Monday-Saturday from 6 a.m.-7 p.m (MST) and Direct Connect case support (no phones) on Sundays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (MST).

 

What if I am having trouble with passwords?

Call the IT Support Center @ 970-754-4357 (U.S.) or 604-938-5500 (CAN).

Default Login for Direct Connect | Learn More & Get Help: Employee ID and P$wdmmddyy (mmddyy = date of birth)

Default Login for Direct Connect | Take Action: Employee ID and your existing my.VailResorts.com password, new users will use default P$wdmmddyy (mmddyy = date of birth). Use the 'Forgot Password' prompt if you can't remember your my.VailResorts.com password.

 

Where can I get systems or knowledge help?

We encourage you to provide feedback on knowledge and systems so we can continuously improve. There are two mechanisms for reporting:

1) To give feedback on knowledge articles - If your question wasn't adequately answered click ‘no’ to ‘was it helpful?’ and input details into the comment box.

2) To get system, transaction or process help - Search for ‘Request HR Systems Support’ in Direct Connect | Learn More & Get Help, and fill out the form.
