Non-Retail Rental Employees: 20% off retail purchase. 50% off tuning and rentals.

- Cost +10%: Assistant and store/distribution center managers, Grade 24+ non-store/non-distribution center employees (including Corporate, field management, and support teams), and all other Retail employees who have reached 6,240 service hours.
- 30% off MSRP: Non-management store/distribution center employees who have worked less than 6,240 service hours and all Retail employees not listed above
Staff Essentials: 45% off retail price for specific items (i.e. gloves, goggles, neck wear, socks, sunglasses, helmets, etc.). Please check at the WB Retail store for what they carry on the Staff Essentials list.

Employee Sales: Throughout the year, there will be "Employee Sales" where employees can purchase select skis and snowboards at wholesale plus 10%.
Seasonal Sales: WB hosts a weekend sale to staff and public in the fall (Turkey Sale) and spring (Deals on Wheels). The first day of the day is reserved for staff.
* Please Note: Employees must present their ski pass to the participating vendor's cashier to receive the applicable retail discount. This is an employee-only perk and is not available to dependents or separated employees.
